I have always looked forward to going to farmers markets to pick out fresh produce, however I didn't always have the best way to store it once I was home. I used to place my fruit all together in a large bowl, but ripe fruit would end up getting bruised from the weight of other pieces, and I was more likely to eat whatever was on top rather than checking the whole bowl for the ripest option. Fruit Tiers allows for single layers of fruit, and rounded edges of different diameters to accommodate various forms. The top tier is perfect for plums, apricots, and mandarin oranges, while the bottom can hold apples, bananas, and peaches. The center dowel is custom made on a lathe to support both vacuum formed polystyrene trays, which can be removed for easy cleaning.
